Counselling and Psychotherapy
Therapy is a place where you can confidentially share your concerns, difficulties or any other challenges you are experiencing.
I provide a safe space for you to bring your whole self; including all your thoughts and feelings. Together, we will explore your past and present to help you develop a better understanding of yourself and your experiences.
I charge £85 for each session. I have a limited amount of slots at a discounted rate for NHS employees and low-income clients.

Coaching
Coaching is a process to help an individual realise their potential, improve their performance and/or move towards achieving their goals.
Whether you have a specific goal in mind or not; coaching can be helpful in finding clarity and moving forward.
I charge £95 for each session. I also have several packages starting from £700 depending on the length of the package.

Organisations
I provide bespoke services to organisations including counselling, coaching, training and consulting.
Whether you are looking to provide perks to your team or company in the form of on-site counselling or coaching or you would like training in mental health awareness, best practice, organisational culture, etc. I can work with you in putting together a package that works for you.
